Reworking a small London Semi

Hi everyone, I want to completely remodel our small 3 bedroom house in North East London. Main structural work is to widen existing 4 metre long extension to the full width of the house (increasing it from 2.5 m wide to 5.0 m wide) and to add veluxs to ceiling and full width bifold doors and some decking into the garden. Within the new extension we would put a new kitchen and small WC. I'd also like to move a couple of the internal walls around on each of the floors to change dimensions of the rooms and to replace the bathroom in first floor. We would also rewire and replumb entire house and get a new boiler. I've had a quote of £70K and that is including redecorating. Is that a fair price for the work do you think?

We don't know whether it's a good price. There are far too many variables: level of finish, specification, access arrangements, waste management etc.
You will need to get other quotes to be certain.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
