no accounts on my report

I am so confused, I joined Experian about a month ago, I used the free trial but paid this month for the report to check my debts were all settled after bankruptcy.
last month my report showed my bankruptcy, debts and current account but when I got the report today it is showing that I have no active accounts, no debts and no bankruptcy, the only difference is that I added a new address for 5 years ago to make it up to the 6 years.

Just a single mum, working full time, bit of a nutcase, but mostly sensible, wanting to be Mortgage free by 2035 or less!
