I’ve been searching for an email address for Argos too, I don’t want to go through the Live Chat, in my experience, nothing ever gets solved by them.
I had a cooker delivered, which was full of dents and scratches. I refused the order (delivery guys were great, it definitely wasn’t damaged in transit) and called Argos to reorder. I’ve now had to book another day off work, I didn’t even get an apology, nor have I received my £10 voucher, (for spending over £100) which should have been emailed to me with my order confirmation/receipt.
Am waiting until the replacement cooker is delivered (in a weeks time) then I’ll be getting my compo face ready for when I call them to moan. OP, if you find an email address, let me know!"I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0 -

Of course is it up to date seeing as they are now owned by sainsburys
It's against the rules to post the email address itself, and frowned on to give the website, which is why it's been written in that way.0 -

Your point presumably being that you expect other posters to break the rules and get banned? How bizarre!0 -
We had a complaint with Argos a few months ago, I made contact via telephone using the customer service number and was given the complaints postal address already posted in this thread by another poster.
They responded to our letter with a phone call to resolve. There was no email address only via post.0 -
I've complained about Argos on Resolver, and they did reply:
