Not sure if this is in the right section. Basically the log book for the first car I bought spelt my surname wrong which I didn't notice at the time. The address, first and middle name is correct just the surname. My father has basically owned the car for the last ten years but now wants to scrap it My signature has not changed so can I just sign it with that to get rid of it? Or should I send it off with the corrections and wait for it to come back correct to sell it?
