Hi

My New Year's resolution is to not waste any food this year. I've being doing really well, until I found a bag of millet at the back of the cupboard. Goodness knows what I was thinking when I bought it! I've not idea what to do with it and did a search on here, but couldn't find much.

Can anyone give me any ideas? I don't eat meat or chicken, but I do eat fish.

I just use it like rice and couscous. Just serve it like you'd serve that!

I like millet - I cook it in veggie stock if I have any, drain and cool and add whatever I've got to make a salad - cucumber, toms, cooked green beans, etc. It's lovely with finely sliced onions in it, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
