Not sure what you mean by RICS full valuation.
A RICS surveyor might do a mortgage valuation - for a mortgage lender. That might take 20 minutes.
Or they might do a survey for a buyer. The 3 types of survey they typically do are:
- A Level One survey - a RICS Condition Report
- A Level Two survey - a RICS HomeBuyer Report
- A Level Three survey - a RICS Building Survey

Is this related to your other posts, and if so do you mean "in the future, will a surveyor check how dodgy my new electrics in the garage are"? If so, the answer is yes. Or at least they'll look at the garage, but surveyors don't generally comment much on electrical matters.0
