PPI Claim

Hi,
I don't seem to be getting anywhere with my PPI claim. The reason is that the company I initially had the loan from have sold the policies onto a company and that company have now sold on again to Santander.
I have got the Ombudsman involved and they have sent a letter to Santander but they say they have no case to answer to.
Has anyone else ever been in this kind of situation and how did they handle it?
Any help or advice would be very greatly received as I really don't know where to turn.

You complain (not claim) to the company who sold you the policy.
Unless you do mean claim, in which case put your claim into the insurers.0 -
I believe the sellers of the PPI have also sold the PPI onto another company. I am not sure they still exist?0
