No they want an actual marriage certificate, they already have a photocopy that I sent after I sent the original that they lost

No I just sent it by post, I live on an island without a post office. I didn't see the point in dragging myself all the way to the mainland to send an item that statistically will arrive at my destination intact anyway and I was right, it did arrive as evidenced by the fact that my letter is on the system and their system was able to be updated with information that was only on one of the items that was lost.

Never use the card again and eventually they will cancel it through lack of use.

I don't have a balance on it, well I do but it's a negligible negative balance.
