I do not think we are getting the whole story here.

OP, what did your letter say about your Universal Credit stopping?

Did you refuse to apply for the security job?

As Alice has said you should still be receiving the housing element of your Universal Credit.

I cannot believe that your Universal Credit has stopped completely - just doesn't make sense.

Please tell us what the letter/notification on your online journal says.
  • I followed the adviser's instruction carefully all the time and applied for this security job with the personal reference part blank.

However, she just hates me being long time unemployed…

Applying for a job, and willfully not completing the form correctly is sanctionable.

OP - can you answer pmlindyloo's Q and tell us exactly what your letter / online journal says.

  • I’ve been out of work since recession, a large gap in my CV. Since then, I’ve tried applying for any job but have only got interviews relevant to my degree all the time.

I’ve been with so many work coaches in Job Centre, since I reside all over London, anywhere the landlords taking benefits tenants, like me. I’ve been through bad or good work coaches, so I immediately knew what kind of person she is when I met this work coach first time. That’s why I say she hates me, a long time unemployed. People are people, you know, we’re not children.

To be honest, some work coach even worse than her before, but no one like her, pushing to the end.

Because you are refusing to tell us what your decision letter says about why your UC is stopping I am going to make one more observation and then I'm out.

I am wondering if you are an EU citizen and they are using the Genuine Prospect of Work argument to stop your UC.

Do you understand that we are all trying to help you but unless you give us the correct information then we can go no further?

oK we get that you don’t like your work coach and perhaps they don’t like you. You still haven’t said what reason has been given for your UC stopping. As Alice has said your housing costs should still be in payment (unless for some reason your UC was already being reduced).
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

I still don't understand why you can't come up with two personal references. That frankly seems impossible.
    It's nothing , not nothink.

However, if pmlindyloo is correct (and I think she may well be) that his UC may have have stopped as the Job Centre deem he has no Genuine Prospect of Work; then that is very serious for the OP. He has the prospect of no income and imminent eviction.

He needs to seek accredited help asap - particularly as such a decision can be challenged following a recent legal ruling which has diminished the "compelling" evidence test.

He needs to get serious about job applications - show he is looking for work and has a good prospect of employment.
Sabotaging job applications by leaving blank required sections was very foolish - and could leave him homeless and without income.

OP - stop playing games with the DWP - there is only one loser (hint - it's not the DWP).
I hope you are less evasive with your work coach, than you have been with the posters trying to help you on this thread. WHAT DOES THE LETTER SAY?
If pmlindyloo is correct - you are in an extremely difficult situation. Get advice now, and look for any work. Do you have family members who could house and support you?

I suggest you stop acting like one then
