Credit report puzzler

I've just been looking at my £2 credit report, and spotted something odd:
I'm guessing the word chopped off the end is 'England'. In which case, why does the Old Lady of Threadneedle Street want to verify my identity? Has anyone had anything like this before? The date doesn't ring any bells.
Perhaps I can persuade them to give me a loan at 5.75% :rotfl:
