On Equifax: address reporting to "another" address but with banks the address is correct

Hi Guys,
So following a change in addresses with my banks, my ClearScore has stopped reporting back my Current Accounts.
One month Bank Account 1 disappeared, the next month Bank Account 2 did the same. I got in touch with Equifax directly as they are data providers for ClearScore and after a few exchanges of emails I have been told that the address that my "name/bank accounts" have been linked to are indeed property "B" of as oppose to Property "A" of the building I live in.
I have consequently been told by Equifax support to get in touch with my banks and update the address details. The thing is though, the banks are the ones that have the correct information, because I was the one that updated that information and since then I have recieved multiple correspondence from both of my banks so I don´t understand why equifax are 1. being unhelpful 2. trying to tell me that its not their issue and that I should be getting in touch with the bank.
I am not sure how the whole reporting works and who is responsible for providing updated information and this is why I am asking here.
In sort then:
Updated Address with the Banks who now have correct information
Equifax have the wrong information, but telling me I need to get in touch with the banks to change it.
What do I do to fix this?

Sounds like a timing issue.
When did you update addresses with the banks?0 -

Two months or so ago. But equifax seem to have slightly the wrong information when it comes to address. It seems to locate to "B" and not "A". Eqauifax are telling me to get in touch with the bank and Bank are telling me to get in touch with Equifax.
Just as an idea. Would it be best to just leave it a few months and hope that the issue is fixed? Apparently, the banks report back on a monthly basis, I am not sure if that's true or not, but assuming it is, next time my report comes through the data should be the correct one should it not? Correct me if I am wrong.0 -
As zx81 said, it may be a timing issue. There can be a 4-6 week delay in the CRA getting the correct information from your creditors.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job0
