    Like pmlinyloo and NeilCr I would encourage you to help your sister and your nephew to get a benefits check and help with forms from thier local advice agency / CAB.
    Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

    You can still claim "new style" ESA instead of UC, regardless of the area, however will be under NI contributions. as the nephew has never worked, would be UC, so apologies for my previous statement
  • Flipping hell this is going to be a bit complicated..i think i might hook them up with a citizens advice appointment and there better than me to sort him out..if i can get him there not sure if hes ever been on a bus ..
