DRP fine - do I pay, please help

I would not distract him with issues about addresses
beamerguy wrote a good template that you can use or adapt
proof of purchases like copies of receipts, redacted bank statements etc always help, as does any loyalty card bonuses like Nectar etc
and DRP havent sent you any fine , in fact , nobody has , because none of the businesses involved can actually "fine" people
its a speculative invoice sent by EURO PARKING , so treat it with disdain
DRP are mere powerless debt collectors, its the EP parking charge invoice you want to be cancelled0 -
I just wanted to say thank you for all your advice. I wrote to Mike Coupe as advised and used the template given and they got in touch with me and said they couldn’t get the fine retracted but would pay it for me! I am very happy with that outcome.0

Now that is a good result and of course good news.
This keeps you as a customer, you won't tell your friends
not to shop at Sainsbury's and you are happy.
Doubt Mr Coupe is not happy with that member of staff
who lied to you ..... "memos flying around now"
Euro won't be his flavour of the month either.
Bet he won't be caught again singing "money money money"
as he did on TV especially giving scammers his profits
Well done
TESCO needs to understand what good customer service is and
follow the lead of Sainsbury's0 -
Wow if Sainsburys start paying 'fines' for customers, they are on the same slippery slope that the Co-op went down with CEL, where CEL started throwing revenge claims out, knowing the idiots at the Supermarket would just pay 3 figure sums to sweep it all under the carpet. And for ages, they did, and their staff were sued too.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, if Mr Coupe is as clever as he makes out, he should be
looking at terminating these parking thugs like Euro
He should realise that the small percentage of abusers which
the parking thugs pretend are a huge problem ??? .... can also
be customers0
