I told them I can can pay 20 soon and the rest later but they don’t seem to listen! THey said they’re gonna all again Tuesday to see what I can pay then even tho I’ve stated I can’t.
They're just trying to make you feel under pressure and scared.
If you can't pay there is absolutely nothing they can do about it right now. Pay when you can, it will be fine.0 -

They are an American company, and can be persistent, but that is the job of the collection agents you see, all day long they ring people like you, pestering them to pay back what they owe, as quickly as possible.
You do not have to listen to them, you do not have to engage with them at all, block there phone numbers, the telephone is the number one weapon of choice for debt collection worldwide, remove it from their arsenal, if you cant block them, unplug the phone, or simply do not answer it, just go about your business, and when you are paid, simply transfer the money.
Really, this is no big deal here, you are getting yourself wound up over nothing, i understand you are young, and have not experienced this before, but i have, many times in the past, so trust me, i know how to deal with such people.
If they ring again and you choose to answer, tell them to stop calling you, you have agreed to repay on your payday, they have no further reason to call you, be firm and stand your ground, tell them to remove your phone number from their systems, they must do so when asked under data protection laws recently introduced, do not engage further with them unless they comply,I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
