If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
This element of the First Prize consists of a BMW 225xe M Sport Active Tourer 1.5LCI including first registration fee, road tax for the first year and approximately £75 worth of fuel. The Winner has a choice of the following exterior colours: Mineral White, Mediterranean Blue, Glacier Silver, Mineral Grey, Sparkling Brown, Sunset Orange Metallic, Imperial Blue, Black Sapphire, Flamenco Red Jet Black or Alpine White.

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the Winner’s home address within 24 weeks of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the Winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence, current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport and a proof of address. The Winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The Winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Giftcard
This element of the First Prize consists of giftcards to the value of £5,200 to spend in one of the following stores of the Winner’s choice: Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, Marks and Spencer or Waitrose (the “Giftcard’).

This element of the First Prize consists of:

DFS Sofa
This element of the prize consists of a one (1) sofa up to the retail value of £2,000 to be chosen by the Winner in-store or online.

· The Winner may select a sofa of a retail value over £2,000 but will be required to pay the remaining difference. If the Winner chooses a sofa of a retail value less than £2,000, the cash difference will be forfeited.

Two (2) night stay at Champneys
This element of the First Prize consists of the Winner’s choice of a two (2) night stay for the Winner and the Companion in one of the following Champneys’ Resorts: Tring in Hertfordshire; Forest Mere in Hampshire; Henlow in Bedfordshire; Springs in Leicestershire; or Eastwell Manor Spa Hotel in Kent.
· The Winner and Companion must arrive after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival.
· The Winner and Companion must check-out of the room at 11:00am and depart at 4:00pm on the final day.
· The Winner must choose between a Suite Double room or a Twin Bed room.
