Luton Airport Parking charge notice

Hello,

I have received parking charge notice on the 13/08/2018. Allegedly dropped off someone on 25/05/2018 in not designated area. The photos of my car are in poor condition to rain. Only last photo they have attached is where you can clearly see my registration.
As I am new to this what is the best way of the appeal? The traffic was horrible and I am taxi driver, passenger without my permission jumped out from my car. Could you please advice me as my 14 days are nearly over. thank you!

Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 and send the blue template initial appeal - no alterations, no telling your story. Ignore the 14 days and their silly 'discount', you have 28 days to appeal and you'll be paying nothing.

Do a forum search using keywords 'APCOA Luton' and read the welter of threads about this location. Find a recent successful case (last 6 months or so) and follow that and the advice in it. Come back if you need clarification on any action you might not be sure about.

Use the Forum Jump button (one near the top and one near the bottom of this page) to get back to the forum thread list. There is no 14 days period to even think about! The sticky thread tells you that.

Read the NEWBIES thread, this is so easy to beat it is laughable.

I would inform the PPC that, as registered keeper, you decline to name driver and that unless they were using POFA, you can not be held accountable as registered keeper.

However if they wished to use POFA, then they need to comply with the timescale to inform the registered keeper. This is 14 days and they have failed to comply.

They can, therefore, go boil their head.
