Concrete Fence Posts Cracked

I have recently had brand new concrete fence posts all around the garden. I have had a landscaper in to help with initial planting and she has drilled holes for plant supports, used rawl lugs, screws and then vine eyes and wire.
I have noticed that there are chunks of concrete missing in various areas on the posts, some have cracked. My husband isn't happy about it and now I'm worried they are compromised and we have spent such a lot of money on them. Can anyone reassure me or suggest a way to fix them?
I wasn't there so I couldn't stop her and I don't want to take it up with her really as she is a friend.

I doubt that the structural integrity of the posts has been compromised so i wouldn’t worry. It would take a lot of damage for that to happen. Give it a few months and you won’t look twice at it. I suppose you could use some
exterior filler and paint the posts if it really bothers you.0 -
it depends where you live. if you live in a place that gets wet and freezes in winter then the cement may blow. if it is down south then probably be ok.
I would think about epoxying it on a warm day though, depending on the damage0 -
To drill isn't wise even when you know aggregate, support rods sizes locations, depths etc it often damages post ? Plenty of alternatives permanent and temporary e.g epoxies, grab adhesives (no nails etc), no drill fixings http://www.postfix.plus.com/ hope there horticultural knowledge is better than there construction?0

If chunks have fallen out and you still have them you can bond them back with a grab adhesive - no more nails or similar. If there are visible cracks you can also fill them with the same grab adhesive. That helps to protect them from ice causing the cracks to expand in winter.
I have fixed multiple concrete posts that way then painted them and they look fine.0
