Fair enough - that's a general clause you would expect itunes to have, and it's not specific to this offer.

There don't appear to be be any Clash mag T&Cs limiting how many codes people get or what you do with the code and who you give it to once you get it. That's their error, I guess, but trying to track 1000s or even 10,000s of codes from the name/email registered at Clash to the itunes account it ended up in would be nigh on impossible - probably in breach of the DPA as well since Clash and itunes are separate companies.

There is a message up saying that they will cancel codes for people who got more than one (eek).

But, as previously stated, they never actually said it was limited to one-per-customer so surely they can't do this?? Oh well- at least iTunes have may old card info which won't work anymore

LOL, they are making up their own definition of fraudulently obtaining the codes. Sorry, but nowhere did it say one code per customer. You can't make up the rules after the fact.
