Is there anyway once the codes are credited to your account they can charge you if they decide the offer was too good to be true, lol.

Condition 11 there states "11. iTunes reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a gift certificate, iTunes Card, song code or monthly gifts is fraudulently obtained or used"

Anyone know how to set your preferences in itunes to itunes plus so that I can download drm free. I can find the itunes plus section but when I click on the song it shows as a 79p option only?????????

Thats because the iTunes Plus songs are now 79p. They made an announcement a few weeks ago saying that they are no longer going to charge extra. So as long as it has a + symbol next to the price it will be in iTunes Plus format.
