    Monzo is a current account, same as any other from Lloyds, Barclays, etc. I would not foresee any problems receiving UC payments if you have provided the correct payment details

    Universal credit is paid by Direct Credit (BACS).

    Problems are rare and they have an incredible customer support team who are far more capable than any other bank I have tried (except maybe Starling), so even if something does go wrong, you will be okay.
