Has my PCN been cancelled?

Hello. This may sound weird but I don't know if my PCNs have been cancelled. I was issued with these PCNs by Apcoa. I did all the correct things etc but when I log into the pcnpayments page it says "this pcn has been paid. Thank you" but I haven't paid anything. I had multiple tickets and they all say paid. I would expect them to say cancelled if that was the case.
I appealed 1 ticket via the website and others via hand written letters (with no name of course). The ticket I appealed online has "you have already appealed this pcn and we contacted you on XXXX" (I never received any contact) "you cannot appeal twice", but then it says it has been paid. The others just say paid with no reference to any appeal.
I've screenshot all the PCNs marked as paid as evidence should I need it. Is this farce over now then?
Thanks all.

Is this some other kind of APCOA PCN from the ones covered in the dedicated subforum here..?
Start by reading the Newbies Sticky at the top of that Forum and ask for this this thread moved-over so you get some viable help and advice.
And do not trust a PPC as far as you could throw them!0 -
Yep it's a regular PCN. I just wanted to know if the ticket would state cancelled instead of paid had it actually been cancelled.
Thanks.0 -
Also sorry, I thought I had posted this in the subsection. Please could an admin move it for me? Thanks very much.0

There is no Admin as such - send a PM to either Crabman, Savvy or Soolin and ask them to move it for you.0

Take screen shots of the page telling you your charge is paid. Go to it a few times over the coming couple of weeks, screenshot it on each occasion. Then forget about it.
Maybe they don't have a 'Cancelled' marker, using 'Paid' instead. Maybe they've made an admin error, they might never spot (their admin, from memory, wasn't the best) or maybe a Good Samaritan (or the Parking Fairy) has come along and paid this for you?. Who cares? All there is to know is there's nothing to pay.
Can't get much better than that! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Is this a lease or hire car? Is there any chance some other company could have paid it?0

Maybe the BPA Audit includes checking up on how many PCNs were cancelled and why, and they want to hide the true number...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
