Can't get form to accept entry - and no Submit button showing

It worked ok for me in Chrome. Once i had logged in an address box came up with the 'Submit' button below.

Once I logged in, I wasn't able to type anything in Firefox or see a submit button but I just tried in Edge and once I logged in, it was fine

I tabbed down the page and it let me fill in the boxes. I had no submit button and just pressed enter on keyboard.

I had to click on the writing above the entry form and then tab down to the details to fill in, after phone number hit enter. Only way it worked for me. Whole site is crap!
