Well done on the eBay sales! I too have been watching Marie kondo it’s that that has spurred me along. Also on Netflix is minimalism and consumed, both amazing at making you look at your stuff and realising you don’t need half of it! Loving your categories, think I need to do that!

Thank you both. Yes, DH has said he will take the day off if need be.
She's a bit brighter since getting up from her nap so hopefully on the mend now."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Physio appointment done, and I have some exercises and a repeat appointment done. The exercises I think will make a difference, so fingers crossed that will sort that out.
My other appointment is this afternoon, so I've got a bit of time to myself."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I've had my doc appointment. It went ok. She's given me some meds and asked me to refer myself to the CBT course even if I wasn't sure I'd be able to go as there's probably a hefty waiting list. She's also given me a few 'challenges' to do and I need to go back in 4 weeks. She also told me to keep using some of the tips from the books I've been getting from the library.
I found a series that I found quite useful this weekend, they were anxiety CBT books but each one had a different focus, so you could choose the one which was most affecting you. I got the health anxiety one, and it's given me a good few tips for managing it. I'm going to give it another read before I take it back and if I think I need it, I might buy it.
Anyway, back to money things, not much to report. DH sold a few items this weekend, and I'm currently selling one of the items I listed the other day.

Glad your appointment went well. I always think its a good idea to keep books that are useful so you can re-use when you feel down. I have a book about the law of attraction that is very good and every time I find myself feeling a bit down, I read it and it really does help...its all about keeping your thoughts positive, which I actually find quite hard.DMP 2015 £57,549, now £36,112 (37% paid)
