Need your advice regarding Samsung/Service Engineers

£100 to my engineer
Took a day off on the day they were changing compressor.
Loads of phone calls and emails.0 -
You can't claim for the day you took off to have the compressor fitted, you would have to have done this even if it had been diagnosed first time. The Samsung service engineer's charge is not claimable, part of the terms of the warranty. If you did not pay £100 for the compressor to be fitted then this would cancel out your engineer's chargeIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
