Howden's Burford Light Oak - matching 3rd party doors?

We have just bought a house which has a Howden's kitchen fitted in 2014 where the corner wall unit has a stupid arrangement where the doors open separately from the middle with a corner post in the centre. This is awkward, but to make matters worse the handles actually prevent one of the doors from being opened!

I was hoping to alter this the the same arrangement as my old kitchen - 1 handle with the doors hinged together. Unfortunately, the kitchen is no longer part of the Howden's range and they have no old stock left, and they don't seem to make doors the right width anyway.

I was hoping someone in the business might know of a match to the Burford Light Oak on one of those door replacement websites or elsewhere? I've sent for a few samples. no luck yet :'(
