I can't log in to my account at all, just get a red box saying 'label' Anyone got any ideas?

Of course, i tried Chrome, IE, and Firefox. Same problem every time. I have messaged Cunard on facebook

I wonder if it's when the site doesn't have your 'label' such as Mr, Mrs, etc in the personal details stored for your account.

I had the same problem initially and tried on a number of different browsers. Then I logged into the site and updated my details and then went back to the entry form and it went through fine.

^ Thanks suewilly1 that fixed it for me. Went to Cunard.co.uk main website and took the 'Manage Preferences' link at the top right to add the missing info.
