Vehicle finance company threatening to move my car off the road

Hi,
I rejected my new Audi A5 last year after many problems which the dealer failed to resolve. It was not accepted so I parked the car in front of the dealer with large stickers on back in May 2018.
They have now, through the ombudsman, made an offer of two month's payments and my deposit back. This is unacceptable seeing as the ombudsman made that offer in April and VWFS rejected it. I was then told that VWFS already has the legal go-ahead to move my car if I don't accept the offer. My payments are up to date and the car if fully road legal.
Accepting the fact that the car in still theirs, can they take it and not allow me to have access to it whilst I still have to pay for it? What are my rights in this regard?
Thanks,
Pieter

You've rejected the car, why don't you want them to take it?0 -
Is it road legal though.....does the insurance company know where the car is kept?0

If you’ve rejected the car, you’ve handed it back to them so it’s theirs to do as they wish?0

Perhaps its time that you accepted that you're not going to get any further and start using the car? What's the problem with it - does it actually stop you from driving it around?
Other alternatives involve going to court - only really feasible if you can keep it to small claims track - or you're potentially in line for huge costs.

Just accept the offer and buy another car - its the offer that the ombudsman made just a little late in agreeing to it.
You have no where else to go have you but back to the ombudsman to get any additional payments that you have made since the offer was made. But surely if the ombudsman made their ruling in April, why would you not hand the keys back then and get the V5 transfered back to the dealer to get your VED refund and cancel the insurance?0
