PCN for no Stopping in Wakefield

Apologies for starting a new thread but this seems different to most other PCNs on here.
I received a PCN for stopping in a no stopping area at Calder Park Estate Wakefield, a commercial and retail park off a main dual carriage way just off the M1 J39
BW Legal representing Vehicle Control Services Ltd have issued me a "Letter Before Claim"
contravention: Stopped on a roadway where stopping is prohibited
The letter goes on to say hey have been instructed by Vehicle Control Services Limited to commence legal action in the form of issuing a Claim against me in the County Court in respect of the debt.
they then break down the claim into the original parking charge plus legal fees and interest, court fees and solicitor fees coming to a total of over £230
they go on to tell me I need to pay £160 now to close the matter off.
I have responded with a basic letter telling them their letter does not comply with the Practice Direction has suggested on other threads, once a response is received I will respond more vigorously
any advise welcome

you should look at the info where bargepole posted about the business park at Speke , where VCS were claiming for a similar incident on that private estate
this should help you prepare if they issue an MCOL
if you dont have all the info required, like their evidence , paperwork and photos, drop an SAR bomb on them under the GDPR 20180 -
Where did the car stop and how many signs did the driver pass on the way? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
