Nothing else new - still poor, still fat, still addicted to MSE :rotfl:
So are you renting at the mo then? Will you be better off once you complete on the house? Def go for the rent a room option, we have done so for the last 3 years. Try a student - you get a full year's rent, but get a few weeks a year where you have the house to yourself when they go home for hols.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Will be up to my eyes with the kids skiing on Sunday! Such is the nature of our weekends. We don't get to go to more than a couple of matches nowadays - skiing has taken over. DS remains a member though and we occasionally get to some of the Tuesday matches. Weekends though........ski ski ski!!
Good news that you have a potential lodger lined up - it will make all the difference with the mortgage etc.
Talking of lodgers, I have to go and collect ours from the cinema........too late for her to get the last bus! There can be some downsides to this lodger lark!!
