How do people, just thought i would say hi as its been a while since i have posted, i have been lurking but keeping a back seat really.
I've moved from Southampton to Lincolnshire now, i had paid of my loan and my overdraft so all i had was a debt to my Dad but my parents are moving so i am having to buy a house and a car so my debt has increased by a cool £133000 pounds but i am so happy and its cool. Just need to lose my weight now
This is my car btw!!!
http://www.evanshalshaw.com/v2/used_car_details.htm?ref=IM^I^VAY^OYTH&typ=U&make=MG&model=MGF&extra=Extra%20details%20i.e.%201.3%20LX%20hatch&min_price=4000&max_price=5000
I am happy that my debt is not uni related and is now growing up related.
I have a quick question which prob isn't suitable on here but i am renting out two rooms in my house i am about to buy, am i right in thinking that i can have up to £450 rent free, does that include utilities etc
ie could i say £240 plus bills for room 1
£210 plus bills for room 2 and not pay tax?
cheers my dears, ps any lincolnshire moneysavers who fancy a drink lemme know!!!
Will

As long as the amount of profit you receive is less than £4250 you don't have to pay tax on it.
Look at http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/manuals/pimmanual/pim4001.htm for details.
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Hello :hello:
Does your new found grown uppness (
) still allow you to come to Carrow Road?
Quite weird to see a mortgage in your signature, though!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Things ok......still fat LOL, I deserted that "other" website when you re-directed me over here, and haven't returned.........!!
Also, got a fab job today. Very happy because the money is good and it is pretty much close to my dream job!
So, all we need is to beat the tractor boys at the weekend and I will be a happy lass...........sadly I have to say, some hope
Very sad too that they have been bought out by a squillionaire......hope they don't become the next Chelski, or we will never hear the last. Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Perhaps one of the benefits of a mortgage is that you can't afford to eat

Nope, doesn't work for me, either
