£6500, and for that we're getting:

    -digging everything out
    -new paving slabs
    - new euro fence panels
    - seating area built
-removal of one flower bed, installation of wooden sleepers and creating new bed
-knocking through outdoor toilet, rebuilding into larger shed with secure door, new roof etc.
    -upgrading guttering and drainage

It felt like a good price at the time as came in under other quotes we obtained.

dosent seem to bad plus its taken 4 weeks for them to do
    1 week was very optimistic,

we have just done a patio and decking and it took us 3 weeks to do and we are not pros at all, just diyers and it was our first time, we was getting silly quotes so thought sack it, we will do it on our own

all in all cost us £1,500 for both no skips etc... as we just bought a van for £300 and did tip runs in that its up for sale now

try to diy if you can it will save a ton of money
People are caught up in an egotistic artificial rat race to display a false image to society. We want the biggest house, fanciest car, and we don't mind paying the sky high mortgage to put up that show. We sacrifice our biggest assets our health and time, We feel happy when we see people look up to us and see how successful we are”

I DIY'd the fitting of my kitchen. Saved a lot of money and enjoyed learning the new skills in retrospect, but it's not a professional job in some of the details.

Building an out-building and seating area is next level, besides the physical labour of fitting fence posts etc.

I get paid well to do my desk job well, so I pay other professionals to do what they specialise in.

You have my upmost sympathy OP, we got stung last year with a 'landscaper' who wasn't up to the job he assured us he could do (in 8 days....3mths later the job still wasn't finished)

We ended up paying someone else to re-do the entire lot to a professional standard this year. Even then (after being told I didn't need to be on site) I was in and out like a hawk trying to get things resolved as they went along.

Is the seat constructed using breeze / thermo blocks or concrete blocks? The former may not be too hard to reduce down in size by cutting and making good any damaged render after. How is the seating bedded into the patio?

Is the guy also offering any kind of guarantee with his work? Again this is something we learnt to our determent.

Landscaping is a skill and especially with something like rendering I understand why you turn to the 'pro's' who aren't cheap. Discuss options with the guy for the seating.

And based on experience - whenever someone say's X-Days in landscaping...Days = weeks

One week, any one with an ounce of intelligence would know that was never going to happen.

Why do people buy on price and think cheap must be better.
