the wife has recieved an email to say she has won tickets to see westlife on monday.
the email said to contact them by 3pm
I only opened the email a couple of minutes ago
oh well at least someone else more worthy as a west life fan can go

Oh what a shame I would email them back and tell them, you may get some thing else, I got tickets for a comp late so emailed the company and they gave me another prize, good luck let us know

I also missed out on the tickets, teach me not to check my emails regularly. Just checked the time of the email and it was sent at 3.21pm so I did not have a hope of winning them anyway.0

Such a pity it's as if some of them are trying to catch you out by giving an impossible deadline that unless you are sitting on your inbox you will miss

I won tickets as well, apparently would have been my first win and it was emailed after 4pm with a 3pm deadline. :rolleyes:0

If I were one of the people who had been emailed AFTER the deadline I'd definitely be complaining. They should have sent the emails with 'read receipts' on them, so they _should_ know when people actually opened them too ... though I bet they don't ...latest win: LOTR: Moria - thanks to catz

Sounds a bit of a scam if the emails are timed AFTER the deadline. I'd definitely be complaining. Who was the competition run by ?I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
