One strange thing is that the above has been done on a word document then copied and pasted into the POPLA submission box and still shows a 0/2000 character limit, anyone noticed this, I'm assuming that the text shown will indeed be submitted regardless of what the character count shows?0

No it won't, unless it's under 2000 characters (it will chop the rest off, honestly) but you can check it first by putting it into an online character counter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You need to submit it because the Portal only stays open for six days, not even seven...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Done now submitted...….funny thing is that care parking have in their own evidence exonerated the driver by providing images of the signs at the carpark which clearly state that there is no overnight parking allowed, except Friday and Saturdays ( which is when the PCN was issued) so their own evidence proves that there was no breach of their terms and conditions! I'll update this when the waiting game is over!0
