TSB Debit Card

I received a new debit from TSB yesterday, the problem is I don't have an account with them! I used to have a current account but switched it to NatWest in June for the bonus.

I haven't had a chance to look for the details of my old account but, having checked my credit report, the account number is different. It also doesn't appear to be set up with my old online banking. I didn't have time to phone them so I contacted them on Twitter, DM'd the details they asked for and I'm now waiting for a reply.

I'm not impressed that they seem to have randomly set up an account. What else have they used my details for?!

Other than complaining to TSB is there anything else I should be doing?
