Wardrobes for a loft conversion - recommendations wanted!

Hi all,
Well, earlier this year we took the plunge and went for a loft conversion! So it's all done now and looks great... but we need to get bedroom furniture & we're getting really stuck with the wardrobes! They all seem to be too tall or very expensive.
Does anyone have any recommendations for flat pack makes/styles which work well in a loft conversion? The height of the room is 2m exactly which means that we can't use IKEA's PAX range and don't seem to like many others which are shorter so we are looking for any recommendations which aren't too expensive but work well in the loft conversion.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Cut the Ikea ones down and use them as fitted wardrobes. Takes someone with a bit of skill and some edging tape, but it's as good value as you'll find.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I did as Doozergirl suggests and bought some standard ones and we cut them down ourselves. The cost of the table saw plus the wardrobes was still a fraction of the price we'd been quoted for bespoke wardrobes! They had the full height door and front frame but we cut the sides so they sloped back.
Ikea have just brought out a new range with different height options, not sure if they might be an option for you if your slope goes the other way!0 -
Even if it's a side to side slope, a competent carpenter can cut the doors too. You just need to hang the door one the side that will actually open :rotfl:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Try PLATSA system and design exactly what you need

Thank you all every so much! I got so distracted at looking at the options... I forgot to reply! The Platsa system looks very much like a potential option, so I will be travelling down to Ikea to take a look!
Thanks everyone, really appreciate it.

When you start messing with chipboard inset screws can save the day putting stuff together.
The specialist fixing might be better but need more skill/thought.0
