One thing I was looking at was cashback extras but for last 8 weeks every time I log on it says "we are processing new offers for you so comeback later...".
So other question is are these offers generally any good? If so I can get in touch with them and see if there is any particular reason I can't see any offers
    Thanks

You won't get any offers if you don't use the account enough. I use the Reward account for some direct debits, but not for my general spending money and the debit card never leaves the drawer. When I click on cashback extras I get a message advising me to start using the debit card if I want any offers.

    In addition:

    1) Credit card spending also triggers Cashback Extras
    2) The "extras" are only related to the type of businesses you spend money at. So if you only use your card to pay for hotels and car hire abroad, don't be surprised when all you get are hotel and car hire offers...

I am switching now. The reward used to be £5, then £3, soon to be £2. There also used to be a £5 reward on the Clarity credit card.

The rules of the Reward account were:
1 You must pay in a minimum of £750.00 a month.
    2. You must pay out at least 2 different direct debits a month.
    3. You must stay in credit.

    Have these changed?

If you have a penny in your reward account and earn £2.50 (gross) reward every month that's equivalent to an interest rate of 300,000%!

But to get that £2.50, there must be a minimum of £750.00 going into your account every month!

I didn't realise that's how the offers were decided. That explains why most of mine related to food...:D

It doesn't have to stay in the account. Most people transfer it straight out again, leaving just enough to pay the necessary direct debits.

....... and I'm one of them! That said, it would appear that some members are unaware that Ts & Cs exist.
