hi all, I'm asking for help please. I've been with british gas for 10yrs plus, on prepayment meters, as every rental property I've moved to has them fitted and i didn't bother to change.recently been told by british as a "great idea" to have smart meter fitted. now starts the problems. i want to switch,but no other supplier as far as i know, will take on prepayment plus smartmeter.from what i gather some will if i change to monthly payments first but british gas wont let me change to monthly credit payments as they say my credit rating isn't enough..even though i know its perfect (as i looked into it). now im stuck with these robbing idiots! what do i do!!!. thanks in advance
