Pounds 2 Pocket incorrect Information

Hi,
Long story short I entered an IVA in Feb 2014, I completed it early in Oct 2016 and am in the process of cleaning my Credit file up.
Experian and Equifax are both fine and the info held is correct however Noddle is a different case.
Pounds 2 Pocket, who were a creditor included in the IVA have 2 loans (only ever had one) for the same amount with different dates and account numbers listed as in default which as you can imagine is completely screwing my Credit rating.
I understand that I have to write to them with a copy of the completion certificate to get them to correct the default date and mark the debt as partially settled, however I’m not sure what to do about 2 loans being listed instead of 1?
I’ve logged onto my online account with them (still open!) and it is listed as payment overdue on 1 loan with £0 balance.
Any advice on how to approach this?
Thanks
