CAP Money Course

Hiya, who here has attended the Christians Against Poverty money course?
I've seen a few good things written here about it, and wondered if it is worth attending, even if you consider yourself to be particularly good with money?
Would like to hear the experiences of others, how good they were managing the money habits etc, and how it helped or didn't?
