New Tesco CC has wrong Clubcard number

I entered mine when applying but the card has come and has a different one on the back!

I've tried looking on the app and internet banking but both are a bit basic and quite useless, will I have to call them?

Well I was hoping there was an online way of doing it so i'm not on the phone for 30+ minutes, if not I will have to.

I think I have four different club card numbers, but they all link to the same account.

I suspect its nothing to worry about. Check your account on line. If the points don't go thorough, then contact them.

Thanks for this, I didn't even know that was possible, looks like it's been added there. Much appreciated getting me out of a phone call.

It just goes to show, if you have no knowledge of something or nothing constructive to add then why bother posting?

my Tesco CC has a different number to my clubcard, but it is linked to my clubcard - get the points as and when I sue it, no issues.

If you need to give them a call but don't fancy waiting on hold, try at a time of day when their lines are unlikely to be busy (ie. not straight after work, or during lunch time). Last time I called at 08:15 am on a Saturday morning and got put through to someone pretty much straight away. They should be able to link the club cards with different numbers to the same account very easily

My Tesco Bank current account debit card has a different club card number on it than my club card

Tesco bank generate a new club card number on the cards and then link this to your main account. All the cards will collect points. If you log in to your club card account you should see all the club card numbers linked to the account which will include the one on your credit card
