They are talking out of their backsides, this is just BS to try to up their profile and look ethical.
"The vast majority of car park providers operate in a way that is both honest and fair. Unfortunately, however, it is a select few operators, who perhaps to not adhere to such high standards, who undermine the sector as a whole and this leads to large amounts of prejudice from the general public against our industry."
What utter drivel, for a start they are members of the non ethical IPC, and I hope that Sir Greg Knight's bill outlaws ANPR which they think performs a "fair and non-confrontational approach"!
Who are they kidding!!0 -
I agree fisher, just by them belonging to the Scam IPC
tells of their mentality
Only rogue traders belong to the IPC.

Hypocritical tosh. If all they wish comes true, they're toast.
I wonder if Mastermind Trev had a hand in drafting that? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
