Pure Planet App, use on desktop?

Hi, I don't have a smartphone. Can I still download Pure Planet's app and instal it on my Windows 10 64 bit desktop?

    I guess you could run the android app in an emulator, nothing straightforward though.


    I understand Windows Phone is dead, but it'd be nice if more companies put out UWP versions of their apps for this exact reason.

    Thanks for the replies. Only works on a phone apparently. Can't be bothered with the extra hassle of emulation, so I'll spend my money elsewhere.
