Parking Eye

Advice please, so today I got 2 parking eye fines of £100 if I pay with 28 days £60 if I pay within 14 days. This will be the first of many let me explain what I have been doing.
My 16 year old daughter has just got a job at a local restaurant so I have been dropping her off and picking her up in a local car park, she suffers from anxiety and panic attacks. There is no safe drop off points within this area apart from the carpark so I am literally in and out say within 5-15 minutes depending on how my daughter is feeling. I have done this on 11 occasions now over a 3 week period so I’m thinking more fines are on the way.
Obviously I didn’t realise that this car park was a parking eye car park otherwise I would have just paid. I have appealed the first two and explained the situation just wanted a bit of advise on here. Do you think these will be over turned?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

they are not "fines" , they are invoices, only YOU are using the 4 letter F word , Parking Eye are certainly not claiming that they are "fines", because its banned by law (they are not penalty notices either , because neither word can be used) - they are actually INVOICES
as its a private car park the PE ANPR cameras are clocking the vehicle in and out and their computers are working out the time on site and issuing invoices , so yes you can expect more
PE will not care why this is happening or anything else, so they will likely reject any and all appeals , regardless (mitigation rarely , if ever , works) - I do not believe they will be overturned from the scant information you have given us
the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread , 3 threads down from the top of this forum, explains what to do and even has a blue text template appeal for a keeper to use
PE will state that their signage is adequate and that the rules were broken, especially the typical 10 minutes allowed as a grace period , see clause #13 of the BPA CoP for details
the more you continue with this behaviour , the more you will get , so cease and desist immediately before your debt becomes higher than the national debt0 -
The Newbies Sticky will inform you fully and it covers the process of seeing-off Parking Eye in great detail.
Please start by reading it carefully - esp as it looks like you have made the fundamental mistake of a fact based appeal.0 -

I am not sure how you now think you will pull these two cases back at POPLA stage with very little chance, except to use the forum POPLA templates and cross your fingers.
Why park in a car park at all, to drop passengers off, why do people ever do this?
You do know you CAN drop off passengers in street on single or double yellow lines, legally (as long as there is not a 'no loading' restriction in force, indicated by additional yellow 'kerb blips'?).
Surely there is a bit of a side road with a double/single yellow on it to use?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
