Hi,
Just been reading through the noobie section and cant find an answer, I have recieved a letter from Zenith debt collctors about a parking fine with euro car parks ltd, the letter has my neighbours address on it but my name, i only found out about as my neighbour gave me a mouthful about a debt collectors letter ( yes they opened my post!) when i asked why this is the first time ive seen a letter they said they had been sending them back stating wrong address.
do I send an appeal letter using template and if so how do i go about getting them to send to correct address.
thanks
EDIT: the fine was from april .

1. Too late to appeal
2. Write to ECP giving them your correct address and demand that any further communication is sent to the correct address. Tell them to ensure their agents do likewise.
3. Advice for dealing with debt collectors is included in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4.
4. Check with your V5C (logbook) that the address shown on that is correct (that's what the PPC and debt collectors use for communication). If it's incorrect, write to the DVLA.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. thanks for quick repsonse, I shall write to ECP as stated and check my V5C, never thought to check V5c as assumed it was correct as it came in post to correct address!
I shall update in due time.

Zenith are debt crawlers who are powerless so ignore them
Maybe you remember, it was on the media that a few
weeks ago, Euro were exposed for ticketing an ambulance
So, there is data breach here, inform Euro of what has
happened with their agent and one would assume that
Zenith were passed the same info from Euro.
Advise Euro of this breach and you expect the charge
to be cancelled immediately or the breach will be reported
to the ICO (information commissioner)
No need to talk to the Zenith plebbies that is Euro's job
As said above it's the info from the DVLA they work on, did

interesting read about Zenith and the likes of, never lived next door, parents address and has been for 35 years0
