Invoices from shutl
I've only recently started processing some postage labels from within eBay and have been a bit confused by the shutl invoices that have come through.
Firstly they don't itemise anything, so I can't really double check them.
Secondly some months appear to be missing.
Are they only sending through invoices for the Hermes ones and not the Royal Mail ones?
If this is the case, that would make their service unusable for us, as I'm doing my accounts from some months back and in eBay you can only see the last 90 days of Royal Mail deliveries through shutl.
Any help appreciated!

It's not obvious, but the second page of the attachment lists each label you bought.
I don't buy Royal Mail labels from them so can't comment on that, but would have thought they would be included if they are asking you to pay for them.0 -
As above. I find there are always a few that seem to linger from a month prior but I keep the invoices and highlight it against the list on eBay to ensure I'm only paying what I should and that the old ones do get paid. The longest I've had is one which spanned a 4 month wait, no idea why it took that long to invoice as it was a quick and standard label.
Edit to add, I don't use them for RM either. But my UPS are the ones which seem to turn up on an invoice when it suits.0 -
I only use Shutl for couriers and returns and have had 2 emails from ebay recently apologising or errors in invoicing, apparently they forgot some things one month and on another occasion skipped a month entirely and had to charge me for 2 months in one go.

lindens I understand the payment frequency, but in my PayPal account I can see that the payments for Royal Mail are to Shutl.
