Mortgage Application and late payments

Can anyone help.
Just been approved for a morgage and they did all of the checks. That all went ok but found out today that I went over my credit card limit by 11p! Paid it off straight away but worried it will cause a problem for me at some point before the sale all goes through.
Anyone had a similar experience or know if this will even show up?

It will show on your credit file - not sure how soon.
Whether they care probably depends if it's an automated system or not, and how the system is set up.
