Hi there. Has anyone had any dealings with paragon finance ltd. myself and my husband were encouraged to consolidate our debt in a secured loan brokered by relax finance ltd. The loan was with Patagon who confirmed PPI however claim we took it with Relax Finance who are now dissolved. Does this mean I cannot claim any ppi Back. I find it strange paragon are able to tell me the PPi cover only lasted 5 years

You can only complain to whoever sold you the PPI. If that was the broker, then you have nowhere to go.0

You complain to the person who sold it. If the firm has gone under then if the sale is post 2005 then you can try the FCA
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
