Fine from Parking Collections Services, DRP & Zenith

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can please provide some assistance to my summarised points below so I dont blab on too much:

1. Received first letter from Parking Collection Services that they're writing on behalf of their client stating Notice to Driver was issued via PCN but I had nothing in the form of a letter
2. They sent me 2 duplicate letters or so I thought...they booked the car twice within a few minutes - is that legal?
3. I then got a letter from Debt Recovery Plus ltd (DRP) that the case has been passed to them.
4. Over many email threads (never gave any personal details about driver etc) they after first being adamant nothing could happen relented and cancelled one fine saying it was a "mistake" - took many emails to get that out of them!
5. After further challenges they stopped all communication only to come back again 10 months later under their 3rd trading style Zenith saying details have been passed to them...then few days I get a letter from DRP basically stating the same thing.
6. I should also mention here that Parking Collection Services on the original letters stated to challenge see above but never provided any details on the letter - so how to challenge?

Finally I also challenged about some dodgy behaviour at the car park as the macine was faulty with tape on it - parking attendant was there and informed the driver that he was aware of the issue so can ignore it - came back and it was booked...yes driver's mistake for believing!
Also the signage was obstructed by a hut which since my complaints has now moved to the other end of the car park...I've taken pics but they fail to provide any.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated - I now have DRP and Zenith demanding money...guessing only one to pay but who lol as letters received within days giving a deadline with few days left to pay "discounted" price.

    It is not a fine.

Start by reading the Sticky thread for NEWBIES. Take note of the advice in post 4 of that thread as it tells you why it is safe to ignore debt crawlers.
Never, ever contact a debt crawler. Never, ever 'phone a PPC, or anyone involved with this unregulated scam.

DRP and ZZPS are the same company, different desk. They have no powers whatsoever. The only thing they can do is send you free bog paper.

If the keeper never received a NTK, then they should complain to the BPA and DVLA about this. It happens far too often. The keeper should also complain that the PPC has gone straight to debt crawlers without a NTK and without offering PoPLA.

Please complain to your MP about this.

    Thank you for your response.

I have already complained to the BPA who say everything by DRP/Zenith is above board even though I mentioned to them about never receiving NTK as well as on their letters it originally mentioned to challenge see details above but those details were no where to be found.

Parking Collection Services that they're writing on behalf of their client
Who is their 'client' - is it another parking company?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The client is Car Park Enforcement Company. Reg number 06801289. Never received any letters from this company...Parking Collection Services were the first to communicate.

Now the latest letter is a notice of court claim.

Tell us more. Cryptic lines like that help no-one.

Have you now received a Claim Form from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton?

So you got the number wrong... that doesnt help others!

So you just have a debt collector letter? Does it say you WILL get taken to court?
