Excel Parking GDPR

Hi,
I still have an ongoing case with Excel parking/BW Legal, this has been going on since August 2016. I lost my appeal but i know i am right as i purchased a ticket on the day. The dispute was that the machine didn't put my registration on it, which is not my problem.
I want to put this to bed, does anyone know if i could contact BW Legal and ask them to remove my details under GDPR?
Surely, if they are not progressing to court (which i have requested) then they have no reason to keep my data...comments please...
