    I don't understand.
You have received back your deposit in full. What paperwork do you want and why? Perhaps you should give the agent a receipt?

If you need a reference, give your new landlord (and/or his agent) the name and address of your old landlord (and/or his agent). He will then contact him and ask for a reference. The old landlord may or may not gie a reference.
  • I received the full deposit return in my bank today (after end of tenancy almost 2 months, goshhh...bad LA, keep delay and ask me pay for cleaning and wear and tear issue)

I want to end this case, I worry, they request my money again. So what kind of document should I request to end this case?

You don't need a document to end the case, they refund the deposit - case closed.

So the matter is now closed.

You do not need a document. You have your money. If they request your money again just ignore them!
  • The money back in your bank account would be sufficient to deem the case closed

  • thanks all.

I just worry in future (new tenant came in to my old property) and say I broken this previously. LA and LL ask for my money again.

I know my LL is kind of bad (he do not want to service my previous property, so I plan to move out, and he keep saying i damage it)

So, for my safe side, I do not need any document to proof I am fully release?

No, the return of the deposit means you are fully released. By agreeing to return it they have agreed that they didn't need to make any deductions. If you're worried - block their number.
  • I had save all my inventory checkout report, check in report.

This LA and LL keep asking me for money for wear and tear issue. I had been arguing with them for almost 2 months, finally they agree. I also seek help from Shelter.

saying I can complaint to citizen advice.

I just worry in future (new tenant came in to my old property) and say I broken this previously. LA and LL ask for my money again. - so say "No". The LL's only other option is to sue you in court for damages. They would need proof of this, and you having the deposit returned in full is good (but not foolproof) evidence of the LL certifying there were no damages at the point it was returned.

I know my LL is kind of bad (he do not want to service my previous property, so I plan to move out, and he keep saying i damage it) - okay, but you have already moved out now right? So this is irrelevant now.

So, for my safe side, I do not need any document to proof I am fully release?

What do you want the proof that you are 'fully released' for? You have the money, you don't need to prove anything to anyone.
  • Okay, noted.

If the landlord saying i damage the item (as I already move out and have inventory check out). This is totally non-sense.
